She specializes in blending evidence-based psychodynamic psychotherapy techniques with psychiatric treatments to help individuals achieve emotional well-being. Through personalized care, she focuses on understanding the root causes of emotional conflicts, anxiety, and attachment issues, guiding you toward lasting transformation.

Education

MD in Psychiatry

-Completed her five-and-a-half-year medical training at Maharani Lakshmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi, in 1993.

- Undertook a year-long compulsory internship in 1993, rotating at JJ Medical College, Nair Hospital, Mumbai, and MLB Medical College, Jhansi.

- Worked in the Emergency and Casualty Department at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, Delhi, in 1994.

- Completed three years of advanced psychiatry training at the Department of Psychiatry, Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra.

Certifications

Certified ISTDP Practitioner

- Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), trained by the ISTDP Institute, Washington, D.C.

- Accredited to teach ISTDP, helping Indian mental health professionals adopt advanced psychodynamic therapy practices.
